Re-Enrollment Guide for 2026–2027 School Year

Re-Enrollment Steps:

To secure your child’s placement for the upcoming school year, please complete the following steps by the listed deadlines:

Steps 1–5: Due from (February 16th-March 9, 2026)

Step 1. Submit letter of Intent
Step 2. Submit Enrollment Contract
Step 3. Submit Re – Enrollment Fee $300
Step 4. Submit Book & Supply Fee: $650
Step 5. Submit First Month Tuition: $950

Step 6 (Due by April 30, 2026)

Step 6. Post-Dated Tuition Checks, Submit 9 post-dated checks of $950 each

Steps 7–10: Due by (May 29th, 2026)
Step 7. Updated Physical Form
Step 8. Updated Immunization Record
Step 9. Updated Eye Exam (Required for KG, Grades 4, 5, and 6)
Step 10. Photo Release Form

We will send out a renewal packet of all the documents that must be completed once we receive your letter of intent. Even though all documents are due by May 29th, 2026, you must submit each one on the day it is assigned. We also want to clarify that the fees will not be refundable after April 30th, 2026.

Parents may submit payments in person at the admin office or by mail to the following address:

Important Reminder:
If your child requires a booster seat, please send it with them on the morning of the field trip. For safety reasons, we cannot transport any child without the appropriate safety seat.
